Welcome to Terri's Orb and Ghost Page

These images have been taken with one of either two Olympus digital cameras.
I have no explanation for the orbs and saw no lighting influences which may have caused them.
I've only made available those images for which I could find no logical explanation for the appearance of light anomolies. It's your guess as to what may be the cause.
I have sharpened and lightened these photos and increased the contrast where needed to improve the viewing of the orbs, but nothing else.
I will eventually add some more detailed text about my other experiences with the paranormal. I've been fortunate to see more anomolies than the orbs you will see here.

I operate a retail store in an old Fullerton, CA building which has had some activity (we finally had to move the location of one of our alarm sensors due repeated "false" alarms.)
While practicing with my band in the shop one evening, we caught an otherworldly voice on the blank reverse side of a practice tape stating "Yahweh is not the one you love" in a rather demonic-sounding voice.
During another band practice, both our guitarist, Dave, and I saw a light float across the back stockroom and into the tool closet, whose light went on suddenly.
(The switch is difficult to flip on without force.)
Another time we recorded some song ideas during practice on an old cassette that had been taped over several times. When Dave played it on his car stereo he heard between two of the songs a deep, scary voice said "Yaweh is NOT the one you love".
Nobody had walked up to the tape player and said that - it just appeared on the tape.
It could have been a bleed through from the other side that simply sounded like those words. It was an old tape after all!

I also lived in another old home in Fullerton, CA where haunting occurred.
One afternoon in my sewing room a large 8 inch bit of a larger folded piece of fabric next to my sewing machine started dancing/undulating like a snake for about 15 minutes (there was no obvious breeze or other cause). We also regularly heard the sounds of dishes being washed, tupperware falling in the kitchen. No, I couldn't get the apparition to actually clean our dirty dishes. We also had to take the precaution of taping down our gas stove on/off controls so that the mischievious ghost did not turn them on in our absence, just enough to allow the gas to seep out.

Also many years ago, I received a 4 a.m. visit from a co-worker who had just died in a motorcycle accident.
I worked for a family-owned Indian import company in California from 1984-89. During my stint as warehouse manager I often worked alongside the owners' children. Their son was a motorcycle enthusiast who frequently would spend a weekend riding out in the desert, usually in red leathers. One Friday night his riding took a fatal turn and he was accidentally killed, crushed by the bike after speeding to the top of a dune that ended sharply. His death occurred at 3:15 a.m. in a remote region not quickly accessible by paramedics. The family was in semi-seclusion for several weeks in the aftermath of this tragedy, so I did not learn the details until a more than a month had passed. Exactly three weeks after the accident I had a visit from the young man. At that time I was unaware of the exact time of his death, but was awakened at 3:15 a.m. exactly to see him standing next to my bed, in the same red leather riding gear (sans helmet) that he wore the day of his death. He seemed to be desperately trying to tell me something, his mouth contorting with obvious effort and his body shaking with frustration. However, I heard nothing and was unable to glean a discernable message . This was my first experience of this sort and I hadn't previously considered the possibility that ghosts were real, so I was more fearful than curious, prompting me to sit up and say loudly, "Go Away!" I shut my eyes tightly and upon reopening them, he was indeed gone. I could never tell his grieving mother what happened because I feared it would cause her more anguish, as she had indicated she hoped to have some sign that he was o.k. and did not have the opportunity to see him again as I did. Besides, I was starting to feel guilty for behaving in a less than empathetic manner to his ghost!

Most recently (February 13, 2004) my husband Lorin and I went on the Fullerton Haunted tour put on by the Fullerton Museum Center which happens every Friday the 13th and annually in September and October for Halloween.
It sells out at least one month in advance so it took three years for us to get a reservation. The tour was led by Aimee with assistance from Nicole, both of whom were awesome and knowledgeable! We visited the Fullerton police station, Plummer Auditorium and Villa Del Sol, among other sites and highly recommend taking the tour. Some photos from our trek will be up soon, meanwhile check out the Plummer Auditorium picture we put up under "Other Orbs."

I have also added some home orb pics in our 1915 Craftsman house in downtown Fullerton.
Apparently the ghost likes our Maincoon cat, Ma Petite, who at 16 lbs is not living up to her name.
Every week or so, she has a wild reaction in the area of the cold spot next to our washer/dryer unit.
The event is precipitated by the cat looking strangely upward like she was just touched by something unseen, and then she tears around the house at full gallop.

Sometime in the late evening of March 3rd, 2004 I was working late in the shop on my computer and a small plastic self-sealing bubble wrap insert envelope came floating down on my head from an upper shelf.
I tried to ignore it, thinking I would pick it up later on off the floor where it had settled.
About 3-5 minutes later, another bubble wrap bag came floating off the shelf, touching my head on its trip to the floor.
I thought it odd and for a moment tried to think how these two bubble wraps could have become disentangled from the stack of mailing envelopes and such on the shelf. Maybe I'd pushed it back to make room and the air inside had built up pressure to the point where...
My thoughts were interrupted by another one gently slithering down my head, back and onward to the floor. I turnedin my chair, picked them all up. And while perched on tippy toe on my chair putting them away, I was thinking, "o.k., you got my attention."
I will add more images and stories to this page as time progresses.

Thank you for visiting.
